I focus on fitness sans gym memberships.  I personally do not have time to head to the gym so I have learned how to incorporate fitness without leaving the house or neighborhood.

I can also leave you with a solid plan to stick with a fitness program when I am not right by your side.  What works for this uber busy momma can work for you too!  I love to teach simple and efficient techniques to stay physically fit!
